Projects

Explore the exciting projects behind Rewind, where history comes alive through student-led research and storytelling. Each project uncovers fascinating stories from the past, making history engaging and accessible for everyone. Dive in to see how we bring history to life, one story at a time.

Our first student-led history project, Pathways to the Past, creates diverse media that document the rich local history of Warwickshire. Through a documentary, short-form content, archival research, and more, we aim to make local history accessible to Warwick students while connecting them with the wider community.

Traces of Time is Rewind’s online map archive showcasing local history landmarks from students’ communities. Each pin highlights a site with photos, videos, and a brief history, capturing both famous and hidden places that matter to Warwick students and their hometowns.

On Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 December, join us for two evenings of talks by Warwick students, showcasing their research on our theme 'Faith, Ideology, and Power.' The seminar series extends this mission by offering students a space to present their own research, engage with new perspectives and contribute to a broader conversation about the past.
