AV Content Process

  1. If you have any ideas or questions for future Rewind visual content, please feel free to reach out to Harry McNeile at harry.mcneile@warwick.ac.uk for a chat.

  2. Once we’ve spoken, the Rewind team will be glad to support you in turning your vision into reality.

  3. We’re always keen to explore new ways of making history accessible. If you’d like to hear more about what the Rewind team are currently working on, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Broad Expectations and Guidelines

  • Aim to meet the agreed video timeframe, keeping content clear, consistent, and flowing smoothly.

  • Sound quality matters, but we completely understand not everyone has access to high-end equipment. We recommend the free Adobe Enhance software to improve voiceover or on-camera audio.

  • For editing: short-form content works well with CapCut, while longer content suits Adobe Premiere Rush (both free software). For sound design, we suggest the free platform Pixabay, though Epidemic Sound is also a popular paid option.

  • Please avoid using copyrighted audio or video.

  • We’d love to work with you to keep production quality as high as possible, so we encourage open communication with the team throughout the process.

  • Please include the ‘rewind.’ watermark in your content (contact us for the file).
