About Us
We are a group of Warwick students passionate about history and storytelling. Through Rewind, we bring fresh perspectives to the past — sharing articles, interviews, and films created by and for students.

Our aim is simple: to make history engaging, relevant, and accessible. We believe that history isn’t just something to study — it’s something to explore, question, and enjoy together.

Whether you’re a history enthusiast or just curious, Rewind invites you to join us in discovering the stories that shape our world.
Rewind Magazine

Rewind Magazine is Warwick University’s student-run history publication, launched in summer 2024. Since then, it has been a vibrant platform where students publish thoughtful, well-researched articles, interviews, and essays that bring new perspectives to historical topics. Our magazine (both online and in print) aims to make history accessible and engaging by highlighting underexplored stories and encouraging critical discussion. Every piece is crafted by Warwick students who are passionate about uncovering the past and sharing it in fresh, compelling ways.

Rewind on Film

Rewind on Film is the newest branch of our publication, launched in May 2025, dedicated to audiovisual storytelling. This platform showcases student-produced videos such as short documentaries, visual essays, and interviews that breathe life into history through moving images. From exploring local campus stories to reimagining global events, Rewind on Film offers a creative and immersive way to experience history. It complements our written work by adding depth, emotion, and a visual dimension to the narratives we share.
