Jakob Reid
​Founder and Editor-in-Chief
As Editor-in-Chief, Jakob provides strategic and creative leadership across the organisation. He leads the editorial team, ensuring the production of accurate and engaging content that reflects Rewind’s commitment to accessible and compelling historical storytelling. Jakob also represents Rewind externally and leads outreach and expansion efforts.
Gabrielle Skinner-Ducharme
Design Lead​
Gabrielle leads Rewind’s design team, guiding the organisation’s visual direction and creative strategy. She focuses on innovation, clarity, and consistency to evolve and scale Rewind’s visual identity. Gabrielle also mentors and supports the growing design team, developing creative frameworks that align with the brand’s mission across all outputs.
Neve Howson
Events Co-Lead​
Co-leading our events team with Scarlett, Neve plays a vital role in ensuring Rewind’s events are engaging and run smoothly. She liaises with collaborators, organises logistics, and works closely with the editorial and production teams to deliver events that foster connection and support Rewind’s mission of engaging a wide audience.
Harry McNeile
​Deputy Editor-in-Chief
As Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Harry supports the overall leadership of the organisation under the direction of the Editor-in-Chief. In addition to assisting with managing the editorial process, he advocates for expanding Rewind’s visual storytelling through documentary and multimedia projects, fostering collaboration with external bodies.
Olivia Turnbull
Design Editor​
Working with the Design Lead, Olivia helps maintain visual consistency and coherence across all digital and print materials. Additionally, Olivia contributes significantly to the development and production of Rewind’s physical publication, ensuring it reflects the magazine’s high standards of quality and design.
Manal Faris
Marketing Co-Lead
Manal co-leads Rewind’s marketing efforts, focusing on promotion, audience engagement, and brand visibility. She manages the organisation’s social media presence and contributes to the maintenance and development of Rewind’s website. Through this, Manal ensures Rewind reaches a wide and diverse audience.

Treasurer-Fundraiser​
Our Treasurer-Fundraiser plays a crucial role in managing Rewind’s financial operations and supporting the organisation’s editorial and production teams. They oversee budgeting and lead fundraising initiatives, including grant applications and identifying new funding opportunities, to sustain Rewind’s print issues, projects, and events.
Scarlett Finlay
Events Co-Lead​
Scarlett plays a key role in planning and organising Rewind’s events, such as writer’s workshops and academic socials, fostering a welcoming environment for all participants. She manages event logistics, liaises with external partners, and works closely with the editorial and production teams to ensure each event supports Rewind’s mission.
Julia Zajac
Marketing Co-Lead​
Julia co-leads Rewind’s marketing team alongside Manal, playing a key role in boosting engagement, expanding our reach, and deepening our connection with the audience. She also supports the promotion of Rewind’s content and events, and helps manage the organisation’s website and social media presence.
